Practice

Cecelia focuses her practice in the areas of economic development incentives, employee benefits, appellate, and litigation. She works with both individuals and corporate clients on a variety of complex and simple legal matters involving qualified retirement plans, Brownfield Cleanup Program Legislation, and securities arbitration. She also has experience researching and drafting appellate briefs on a variety of litigation matters including white collar crime.

Recent Experience

Joseph Kassis and Kassis Superior Sign Co., Inc., v. The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company , assisted in appellate brief preparation on behalf of the plaintiff in this New York State Court of Appeals case regarding an insurance coverage dispute on a general liability policy.
