Margaret has prepared and filed Pleadings, Motions and related documents for general and business litigation matters in State Supreme Court and Federal Court and has prepared and filed documents for Securities Arbitration with FINRA.

Margaret has worked on matters related to corporate and LLC formation in addition to maintaining minute books and subsequent filings. She has experience in the closing of residential real estate matters, including preparation of related closing documents. She is also experienced in the preparation of United States Patent and Trademark Office trademark applications and post-registration documents.

Professional and Community Involvement

• Margaret is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association. She is also on the fundraising committee for a local preschool.
