Previously, Sharon has over five years experience assisting with matters in various areas of law including real estate; estate planning; estate and trust administration; estate and fiduciary income tax returns; estate planning for families with special needs; elder law; Medicaid planning; representation of tax-exempt and charitable organizations; bankruptcy; business law, to include formation and organization of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited partnerships, and maintenance of corporate records; as well as vehicle and traffic law.

Sharon also has an accounting background which includes various levels of accounting and bookkeeping for corporations, not-for-profit organizations. and individuals.

• Sharon is a member of the Legal Assistants Committee of the Onondaga County Bar Association.
