Practice

Anthony practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, banking and financial Institutions, Federal governmental guaranteed loans and government grants, business formation including choice of entity, not-for-profit organizations, business transactions, and litigation.

Anthony has represented major financial institutions in several complex lending transactions, as well the representation of clients through land and business asset acquisition, entity creation, financing, and land use zoning applications. In addition, he has successfully represented clients in and through complex state and federal commercial and business litigation. He has broad experience as a general practitioner with the ability to draw upon knowledge of insurance law, personal injury, criminal, family, matrimonial, estate planning and elder law.
