Practice

Dafni is an associate of the firm practicing in the litigation and employment and discrimination group. Her practice includes civil litigation, complex and multi-district litigation, appellate practice and legal ethics and professional responsibility.

Dafni has represented both individual and corporate clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal court. Dafni has handled employment, personal injury, real property, real property tax, trusts and estates, and uniform commercial code litigation. She also provides representation for claims of wrongful termination and discrimination before the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Recent Experience

Prepared for and assisted in a federal civil rights matter in the Northern District of New York;
Prepared for and assisted in the trial of a complex real property law, Article 7 trial in New York Supreme Court, Ontario County;
Successfully argued at the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department, on issues of election law, real property and estate administration.
