Our litigation practice also includes matrimonial, personal injury, and other litigation matters.

Our litigation attorneys routinely handle sophisticated and complex litigation matters and have represented numerous medical, dental, and legal practices and professionals in disputes involving asset purchase agreements, change in control agreements, lease agreements, non compete agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements.

Criminal Defense

Our criminal defense practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in both federal and state court. Some of our recent experiences include the representation of a prominent local businessman charged with tax evasion and failing to pay approximately $1 million of withholding taxes, and the representation of two other business owners in connection with their failure to pay state sales taxes.
