Green & Seifter Attorney Holstein Pens Chapter for Trusts & Estates Publication

- January 13, 2010 - David A. Holstein, a Member with the firm Green & Seifter Attorneys, PLLC, recently authored a chapter entitled "New Options and Trends to Consider in New York Estate Planning," which was published in the book: Inside the Minds: Strategies for Trusts and Estates in New York. Holstein's chapter is part of a collection of articles written by New York State's leading trusts and estates attorneys and offers best practices and planning strategies in this ever-evolving area of law.

Holstein serves on the Board of Managers at Green & Seifter Attorneys, PLLC. His trusts and estates practice includes estate, retirement, business succession and tax planning, and probate and trust administration for individuals, estates and trusts, family-owned businesses, private foundations and charitable organizations.

Holstein is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D. 1975) and Harvard College (B.A. 1972). He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
