Philip Bousquet Delivers Lessons Learned on New York Brownfields Cleanup Program

- November 2, 2007 - On November 2 in Rochester and November 15 in Albany, Phil Bousquet will deliver a presentation on New York Brownfields Cleanup Program, "Navigating the BCP Process: Lessons Learned."  Presenters will include those who have taken projects to completion discussing how to expedite the process, save transaction costs, complete a timely cleanup, and qualify for tax benefits.
