Green & Seifter, Attorneys, PLLC is pleased to announce that the firm has changed its name to Bousquet Holstein PLLC. Lowell A. Seifter, one of the firm's founding members, has joined St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center as its Vice President and General Counsel, which necessitated the change under rules governing law firm names.

The firm will now take its name from Laurence G. Bousquet and David A. Holstein. David and Larry have served on the firm's board of managers since its inception and have a combined tenure of more than 40 years with the firm and its predecessor. Each is a well-respected attorney and community leader in the Central New York region.

It is important to note that we are the same firm, with the same commonly held beliefs, the same mission of understanding each client's goals and providing innovative and practical counsel, and the same talented members, associates, and staff as before the name change.

We are all looking forward to carrying on the tradition of service to our clients first established by Edward S. Green when he founded the predecessor firm in 1961 and carried forward when Lowell became a named partner in 1981. With an exceptional group of attorneys and professional staff, our firm is well-prepared to continue as trusted advisers to our clients.
